• Dr. Omar Hakim will no longer see patients after June. 17, 2019
• All of Dr. Omar Hakim’s patient records will be going into safe and confidential storage on behalf of Dr. Omar Hakim, who must retain the records for a number of years before they can be securely shredded.  RSRS is the provider of storage and transfer services.
