In cases where RSRS is appointed legal custodian for the storage and transfer of records for a newly closing primary practice, we offer:

  • Free refiling of late incoming letters, reports, etc.
  • Free delivery of a backup disc of all patient records to you.

Specialist Doctors
 
RSRS offers a range of  record storage and custodian services for specialists.  Fees are dependent on the number of boxes stored (or scanned), and can be offset by the extent to which patient records are transferred, where RSRS facilitates the transfer and invoices the requesting party directly.
